1. Get the Senior Citizen or PWD ID

   Seniors apply at the Office of Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) of their city or municipality. Persons with disability apply at the PWD Affairs Office or the social welfare office.

3. Pensions and Benefits

   Check what you can claim from SSS or GSIS. If someone else will collect a pension or document for you, they need an Authorization Letter or a Special Power of Attorney (SPA).
