eNotaries.ph gives general information about notarization, legal paperwork and fees in the Philippines. It is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer-client relationship with anyone. For advice on your own situation, talk to a lawyer or the office concerned. Free legal help is available from the Public Attorney's Office (PAO) and from IBP legal aid offices.
Prices
Prices on the site come from price lists published by local lawyers' groups (IBP chapters), from reports by visitors, and from our own estimates where no price list exists. Each one is labelled. They are a guide, not a quote, and they may be out of date. A notary may charge differently. Always ask the price before the notary starts.
Free Legal Forms
The forms are general templates. They may not fit your situation, and offices sometimes ask for their own wording. You are responsible for checking that a form says what you need before you sign it. If the matter is important, have a lawyer look at it. You may fill in, print and use the forms for yourself or your family. Please do not republish them as your own.
Calculators
The calculators give estimates to help you plan. The BIR, the city or municipal treasurer, the Registry of Deeds or the office concerned works out what you actually pay.
What You Send Us
When you report a price, please report what you really paid. We may leave out reports that look mistaken, and we use reports only in the way the Privacy Policy describes. Do not use the site or its forms to send spam, try to break the site, or copy it in bulk in a way that slows it down for others.

An ad on the site is not a recommendation. No notary or lawyer pays to appear on the site or to change the prices shown. Links to other websites are for your convenience; we are not responsible for what those sites say or do.
